We recognize the commitment couples make to work through the think-and-thin of marriage, and who are rewarded with the joy of celebrating a long-term marriage. This year, as in previous years, we will be honoring the couple who has been married the longest. To qualify, both members of the couple must still be alive and living in Frederick County.

In addition to the couple married the longest we will also be recognizing all the couples who have reached their 40th, 50th, 60th and 70th year milestones over the past year (between 2/1/2011 and 1/31/2012). Please send us this information for all couples you know about.

Submit all information by sending an email to Marriage@MarriageFrederick.org. Please include the couple's names, ages, phone number, address and date of their wedding. Also give us your own name and phone number, so we can contact you with any questions we might have. If there is other information about the couple that we may need, or that you wish to provide, please include that in the email as well.
